About the role
MyC is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive enterprise sales of its cloud‑native Electronic Health Record platform. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract signing, targeting Medical Directors, Chief People Officers and Global HSE Directors at multinational corporations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and close high‑value enterprise deals with ACV of €100K+.
- Navigate complex procurement, legal, IT security and C‑suite negotiations.
- Apply the SPICED sales methodology rigorously to ensure strong qualification and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the AI‑driven lead‑gen engine to convert laser‑sharp leads into closed contracts.
- Maintain a pipeline that supports a €1M+ annual quota and a 6‑9 month sales cycle.
Required profile
- 8‑12 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 or similar multinational buyers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding a €1M+ annual quota.
- Experience closing deals of €100K+ ACV and managing multi‑stakeholder buying groups.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal support structures.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SPICED, MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies.
- Deep understanding of enterprise health‑tech or SaaS markets.
