Room Attendant – Housekeeping

About the role

The Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, ensuring each stay reflects the brand’s legendary service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms according to Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Replace used amenities and restock rooms with necessary supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate departments.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintain a tidy and safe environment throughout the hotel, following all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Uphold hotel policies to guarantee consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
