Mobile Engineer - iOS, tvOS & Android (Google TV)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Mobile Engineer to join Dailymotion’s video experience team. The role focuses on building and enhancing premium video applications for connected TVs and maintaining our iOS/tvOS and Android player SDKs. You will work closely with senior engineers and a product manager to deliver features that reach millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the Apple TV (tvOS) app using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Build and maintain the Google TV app with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Contribute to the iOS/tvOS and Android player SDKs used by publishers and B2B partners.
• Handle TV‑specific challenges such as focus engine navigation, remote‑control input, and memory management.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into elegant UI and SDK solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of native mobile development experience.
• Proficiency in either iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) with a willingness to work on both platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a small, impact‑driven team.
