Lecturer in Management & Sustainability (Part‑time, Paris)

About the role

Forward College seeks a part‑time Lecturer to teach a second‑year module on Sustainability and Social Responsibility in Business. The role runs from January to April 2027 and involves delivering a term‑long, flipped‑classroom course to an international cohort of about 10‑15 students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a full syllabus for 11 two‑hour seminar sessions.
• Implement active‑learning and flipped‑classroom techniques throughout the term.
• Create three formative assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
• Provide 22 hours of teaching and 7.5 hours of tutoring per group.
• Guide students in critically evaluating corporate sustainability strategies and formulating improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching business, management or related subjects.
• Fluent in English; ability to teach in an international classroom.
• Legal right to work in France or the EU (no visa sponsorship).
• Availability for the January–April 2027 term.
