Part‑time Lecturer – Strategic Management (Paris)

About the role

Forward College seeks a part‑time Lecturer to teach a Strategic Management course to second‑year students in its Open Bachelor’s programme. The role runs from September to December 2026 and combines classroom teaching with tutoring.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a semester‑long syllabus using an active‑learning, flipped‑classroom approach.
• Conduct 11 seminar sessions (2 hours each) for a group of approximately 11 international students.
• Provide 7.5 hours of tutoring support throughout the term.
• Develop and mark three formative assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
• Foster critical thinking and strategic decision‑making through real‑world case studies.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching business, management or strategy at the higher‑education level.
• Fluency in English; ability to teach in an international classroom.
• Legal right to work in Paris/Europe (no visa sponsorship available).
• Availability to start in September 2026 and complete the term by December 2026.
