Infrastructure Investment Associate / AVP / VP – Paris

About the role

We are partnering with a leading European infrastructure investor to expand its Paris investment team. The platform manages multi‑billion‑euro capital across core and value‑add strategies, focusing on energy transition, digital infrastructure, transport, and essential services. The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities across core infrastructure and energy transition sectors.
• Build and review complex financial models to support investment decisions.
• Support due‑diligence processes, working closely with external advisors.
• Prepare materials for investment committee presentations.
• Engage with portfolio companies to drive value‑creation initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑performance, fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
