About the role

Join Airbus as a graduate Auto‑Flight System Engineer and embark on a two‑year development journey. You will work on cutting‑edge aircraft systems while receiving structured training in leadership, technical skills and business acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, integration and validation of Auto‑Flight Systems (AFS) to meet safety and performance standards.
• Apply advanced methodologies such as Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), complex simulation environments and flight‑control architectures.
• Act as a liaison between multiple engineering teams, translating technical design into strategic execution.
• Navigate a multinational industrial matrix, fostering collaboration across multicultural teams.
• Participate in rotational placements that provide a holistic view of the AFS lifecycle and Airbus business operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation & Control or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate or first‑professional experience in aeronautics, complex systems or flight‑control systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; basic French is a plus.
• Self‑awareness and a proactive attitude toward personal development.
