Fashion Governance Project Manager

About the role

The Fashion Governance Project Manager will orchestrate the strategic governance cycle of Chanel's Fashion Division, ensuring alignment across Regions, Markets and internal expert teams. Reporting to the Director of Fashion Governance & Client Intelligence, the role supports key transversal projects and reinforces client and retail insights for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Animate the strategic governance cycle in collaboration with Regions and Markets.
• Build, facilitate and continuously improve governance processes to capture regional needs.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Fashion Division leadership, aligning priorities and framing key topics.
• Document meeting minutes, follow‑up on action items and translate them into strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate prioritisation, scoping and reporting of transversal projects across expertise teams, Markets and Regions.
• Lead selected transversal projects in partnership with Division teams, Markets and Regions.
• Support Fashion Division teams in identifying and tracking key strategies and initiatives.
• Assist Client & Retail teams in framing strategic priorities and integrating them into the divisional roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong experience in strategic governance and project management within a complex, fast‑evolving environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional, regional and market stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the capacity to bring cross‑market perspectives to decision‑making.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategic initiatives.
