About the role
As the upcoming restaurant prepares to open, the client is looking for a Deputy Restaurant Director (F/M) to act as the chief conductor of the point of sale. You will steer the entire activity with a balanced operational, commercial, and human vision.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Drive commercial performance by monitoring sales and profitability.
- Manage and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement standards for quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the launch phase of the new restaurant, coordinating with all stakeholders.

- Strong leadership ability to guide a restaurant team.
- Orientation toward operational excellence and commercial results.
- People‑focused mindset to manage staff and enhance the customer experience.
