About the role

As the upcoming restaurant prepares to open, the client is looking for a Deputy Restaurant Director (F/M) to act as the chief conductor of the point of sale. You will steer the entire activity with a balanced operational, commercial, and human vision.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Drive commercial performance by monitoring sales and profitability.
  • Manage and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implement standards for quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the launch phase of the new restaurant, coordinating with all stakeholders.
