Commercial Manager – Iberian Meat (PDO Guijuelo)

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to drive the sales of premium Iberian meat products bearing the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Guijuelo. The role is fully autonomous, results‑based and can be performed 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients such as distributors, large retail chains and wholesalers.
• Promote and sell PDO Guijuelo meat products to the identified accounts.
• Prospect independently and build a pipeline of potential customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the company for ongoing training and product updates.

Required profile

• Independent or multi‑project professional able to work autonomously.
• Fluent in English or Spanish (essential).
• Proven experience in consultative selling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage distributors, retail chains and wholesalers.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and acquire clients without supervision.
