Brand Representative – Sales Associate

About the role

Our Brand Representatives bring the Hollister store experience to life, engaging customers with genuine care and creating a welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with shoppers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a well‑presented store.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service, anticipate customer needs, and offer product and styling guidance.
• Support product replenishment, keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually consistent.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap.
• Handle online order fulfilment, including Save the Sale, in‑store pick‑up, and ship‑from‑store packaging.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and friendly attitude with a passion for fashion retail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers naturally.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining visual standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
