Workplace Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Workplace Experience Coordinator ensures that Too Good To Go’s Paris office is a welcoming, functional, and inspiring space for all employees. Acting as the central point of contact for office‑related matters, the role supports daily operations, promotes the company’s values, and creates an environment where people genuinely want to work.

Key responsibilities

• Office & Reception Management: greet visitors, manage mail and deliveries, keep reception and meeting rooms tidy and ready for use.
• Operations & Budgeting: order supplies, coordinate weekly grocery orders, handle expense reporting, invoice approvals, and contribute to cost forecasting for IT and office space.
• Employee Support & Onboarding: coordinate lunch orders, assist with onboarding and off‑boarding tasks in partnership with Global People & Culture, including document collection and equipment setup.
• Gifts & Merchandise: manage company merchandise for new joiners and internal events.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in office management, operations, or event coordination.
• People‑oriented attitude, able to interact positively with staff and visitors.
• Comfortable working on‑site four days a week (Monday‑Thursday) with either 80% or 100% time commitment.
