Team Manager – Luxury Retail (Paris)

About the role

As a Team Manager for Miu Miu in Paris, you will lead a boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales performance. You will act as a brand ambassador, embodying Miu Miu’s values and ensuring the store meets its commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of sales advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Set and monitor individual and team KPIs, driving over‑achievement of sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews in partnership with the Store Manager, creating actionable development plans.
• Deliver client‑centric training on client journey, storytelling, product knowledge, and clienteling tools.
• Participate in talent acquisition, onboarding new team members and supporting retention.
• Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities and maintain a visible presence.
• Enhance CRM and clienteling initiatives, guiding advisors through data collection, outreach, private appointments, and repeat purchases.
• Identify and engage prospective clients to expand the store’s client base and ensure a seamless after‑sales experience.
