About the role
Acne Studios is seeking a full‑time Client Advisor to join its luxury retail team. In this position you will build and nurture strong relationships with customers, delivering a best‑in‑class experience throughout the entire client journey.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers through the store, ensuring a smooth and personalized shopping experience.
- Manage omni‑channel services, integrating online and in‑store interactions.
- Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets set by the store.
- Maintain accurate administrative procedures and oversee inventory management.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to provide excellent service.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on creating impactful customer experiences.
- Team‑player who embraces feedback and continuous development.
- Curious, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
Required skills
- Experience in a customer‑facing role within retail or hospitality.
- Proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling practices.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus depending on market needs.
