About the role

Acne Studios is seeking a full‑time Client Advisor to join its luxury retail team. In this position you will build and nurture strong relationships with customers, delivering a best‑in‑class experience throughout the entire client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers through the store, ensuring a smooth and personalized shopping experience.
• Manage omni‑channel services, integrating online and in‑store interactions.
• Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets set by the store.
• Maintain accurate administrative procedures and oversee inventory management.
