About the role

Botify is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join its Global People Team. In this hands‑on role you will own the full hiring lifecycle across multiple functions, ensuring a consistent and outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement creative talent acquisition strategies aligned with company priorities and culture.
• Balance inbound and outbound recruiting pipelines using diverse sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and assessment methods.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes from role qualification to offer management while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Lead talent projects such as employer branding, process improvement, AI adoption, and tool optimization.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to anticipate future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve onboarding and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
