About the role

Alan is building a new standard in preventive health insurance and needs a full‑stack Software Engineer to help turn complex health data into actionable, AI‑driven recommendations. You will join the Alan Precision crew, a fast‑moving, startup‑like team inside a European unicorn, and work on a product that serves over 1 million members across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features for the Alan Precision platform.
• Integrate AI models that synthesize data from wearables, medical history, and lifestyle inputs.
• Collaborate with physicians, data scientists, and product managers to translate health insights into user‑friendly protocols.
• Ensure data security, scalability, and performance across a multi‑regional user base.
• Iterate quickly in a lean, autonomous environment, delivering high‑quality code from prototype to production.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a full‑stack engineer in a fast‑paced, product‑focused setting.
• Comfortable working with heterogeneous data sources and AI‑driven features.
• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and ship features end‑to‑end.
• Passion for health tech and preventive care.
