Software Engineer – Alan Precision (x/f/m)

About the role

Alan Precision is looking for a full‑stack Software Engineer to help build the AI‑driven health platform that turns complex, multi‑source health data into actionable, personalized insights. You will work in a fast‑moving, startup‑like crew inside a rapidly growing European unicorn.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the AI layer that analyses biology, wearables, medical history and lifestyle data to generate personalized health recommendations.
• Develop data pipelines, integrate with lab partners and wearable APIs, and create robust document‑understanding workflows.
• Model health data into a coherent, person‑centric view that powers downstream features.
• Build and ship the mobile‑first experience using React Native, including onboarding, daily plans, progress tracking and insight delivery.
• Iterate on product features to keep members engaged long‑term.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a passion for health tech and AI.
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed, transparent environment.
• Comfort with end‑to‑end product development, from data ingestion to user‑facing interfaces.
