Senior Recruiter EMEA – Temporary Maternity Cover (11 months)

About the role

ARC’TERYX is seeking a Senior Recruiter for the EMEA region to lead attraction and acquisition strategies for all corporate functions during an 11‑month maternity cover. Based in France, you will partner with people leaders to match business needs with top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and pipeline development for designated business units.
• Collaborate with the Candidate Experience and Employer Brand Manager to design data‑driven recruitment strategies.
• Represent the business in employer branding initiatives.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment aligned with Arc’teryx’s talent strategy.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure unbiased decision‑making throughout interviews.
• Promote transparency and equitable feedback for candidates.
• Coordinate with People & Culture teams to ensure seamless hiring and onboarding.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements to reduce time‑to‑hire.
• Support cross‑functional projects and hiring commitments as needed.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience within EMEA.
• Proven ability to design and execute customized recruitment strategies autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive work ethic, and customer‑service mindset.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
• Excellent command of English with strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with effective time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Lever Applicant Tracking System.
