About the role

As Sales Manager you will own the full leasing engine for Greystar’s residential portfolio in Paris. You will build and lead a centralised sales team, forge strategic channel partnerships and drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing leasing team, setting targets and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Forecast demand, adjust headcount and shift patterns dynamically to match seasonal peaks while maintaining a superior customer experience.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to equip team members with the tools and training they need to succeed.
  • Own the complete leasing funnel—from lead generation to signed tenancy—ensuring a seamless, high‑converting journey for prospects.
  • Maintain accurate unit availability data, recommend competitive pricing and concessions, and oversee all leasing enquiries.
  • Monitor website traffic, inbound enquiries and reservation activity, collaborating with central teams to maximise conversion.
  • Lead the external call‑centre operation and standardise quality across calls, web‑chats, emails and in‑person viewings.
  • Participate directly in qualifying prospects, preparing tenancy documentation and managing move‑in processes.

Required profile

  • Proven track record as a “closer” in residential leasing or real‑estate sales.
  • Strong leadership mindset – you lead from the front, set the pace and raise the bar.
  • Excellent ability to build high‑performing teams and create a results‑driven culture.
  • Analytical mindset to forecast demand, optimise resourcing and drive conversion metrics.
