Regional Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead Greystar’s residential portfolio in France. Based in Paris, you will translate corporate strategy into day‑to‑day execution, ensuring each property delivers strong financial results and an outstanding resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Greystar’s property‑management strategy across the French portfolio, driving financial performance and occupancy.
• Lead budgeting, reforecasting and financial analysis, identify gaps and apply corrective actions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, collaborate with central teams on sales and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular property inspections, enforce operational, financial and brand standards.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and services, maintaining reliable supplier relationships.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and manage a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property or asset management within a multi‑site environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Ability to interpret market data and develop occupancy‑driving strategies.
• Leadership experience with talent acquisition, development and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
