Retail Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Retail Learning & Development Manager to partner with retail teams and drive training initiatives that support key business results. The role blends strategic thinking, instructional design, and hands‑on coaching to elevate the client experience across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assess development needs and design creative training solutions for retail staff.
• Adapt global learning content to local market requirements in France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Monaco.
• Facilitate workshops and classroom sessions that focus on skill development and behavior change.
• Monitor daily client interactions, coach store teams, and ensure brand standards are consistently applied.
• Measure learning outcomes, analyse post‑training data and report impact to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with corporate support teams and regional partners to align curricula with strategic priorities, cultural values and D&I goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail training, learning design or similar L&D functions.
• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities with a focus on measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work across multiple countries.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability.
