About the role

Arago is looking for a Technical Sourcer to lead the search for world‑class engineers who will build groundbreaking AI‑powered processors. You will work closely with hiring managers and founders to understand highly specialized hardware roles and source top talent across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute highly targeted searches for critical positions such as ASIC architects, packaging engineers, mixed‑signal verification experts, and software systems leads.
• Craft personalized outreach that resonates with passive candidates and nurtures long‑term relationships.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using GitHub, research communities, referral networks, X‑Ray search, and other non‑traditional channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to build customized sourcing plans and maintain a structured pipeline.
• Track candidate metrics, pipeline health, and funnel data with a disciplined approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience sourcing in deep‑tech, semiconductor, or AI‑hardware environments.
• Demonstrated success finding senior passive talent and managing multiple complex searches simultaneously.
• Strong curiosity about cutting‑edge technology and ability to understand technical roles.
• Long‑term relationship‑building mindset rather than transactional outreach.
• Fluent English communication skills.
