Regional Marketing and Content Creator – France West

About the role

NORMAL is looking for a Regional Marketing and Content Creator to lead local marketing initiatives across the West region of France, based in Nantes. You will be the bridge between national/global marketing teams and local stores, ensuring the brand is visible, relevant, and authentically rooted in each community.

Key responsibilities

• Activate local social media channels by producing short‑form video content (Reels, TikTok) that showcases store openings, events and everyday store life.
• Plan, coordinate and execute regional opening events for new stores, capturing high‑quality video and photo material for social media.
• Edit and prepare short‑form video content for approval and publishing, often appearing on‑camera and involving store teams.
• Collaborate closely with the national Social Media team to align content with NORMAL’s brand tone and storytelling.
• Optimize visibility on shopping‑center channels, screens and local platforms through collaborations and content sharing.
• Develop and run local events, seasonal activations and partnerships with city festivals or shopping‑center campaigns.
• Respond to customer emails and Google reviews to maintain a positive brand presence.
• Provide organizational support for internal communications, including preparation of team‑event materials and presentation updates.

Required profile

• Experience in regional marketing or retail communications.
• Comfortable creating and appearing in on‑camera video content.
• Strong organizational skills for event planning and multi‑stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently across multiple cities and maintain brand consistency.

Required skills

• Video editing for short‑form social media formats (Reels, TikTok).
• Proficiency with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Basic photography and video capture skills.
