About the role
We are seeking a versatile Office Manager to own the day‑to‑day operations of our Paris office and support our French sites in Marseille and Copenhagen. You will act as the operational backbone, ensuring a smooth, welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients while collaborating closely with co‑directors, the People team, and our global administrative network.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to co‑directors and the French team, including calendar management and travel logistics.
- Maintain office facilities: access control, mail, calls, visitor reception, and IT equipment provisioning.
- Develop and enforce office procedures, data‑security policies, and record‑keeping standards.
- Manage vendor, landlord, and sub‑tenant relationships; oversee maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Drive sustainability initiatives such as energy reduction and waste minimisation.
- Organise internal events, team‑building activities, and contribute to group‑wide administrative projects.
- Support finance functions: process invoices, payments, and assist with bank‑related matters.
Required profile
- Proactive, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys variety and multitasking.
- Strong communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across multiple offices.
- Experience in office administration, facilities management, or similar roles.
