Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of high‑impact marketing design and digital initiatives. You will work remotely with international, cross‑functional teams to move projects from concept to launch while ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing design projects, from intake and planning through execution, launch, and post‑delivery follow‑up.
• Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and priorities, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate workflows between Marketing, Product, and Development teams to keep objectives aligned.
• Translate technical and product requirements into actionable briefs for design and marketing teams.
• Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee website launches, digital updates, landing pages, and CMS‑related activities.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across digital marketing assets and customer‑facing touchpoints.
• Develop processes, templates, documentation, and tracking systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Support broader marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex design workflows and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience leading website launches and digital product initiatives.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, international team environment.
• Experience in technology, fintech, infrastructure, or related industries is a plus.
• Additional fluency in Italian or Spanish is a plus.
