Digital Marketing Manager – Marketplace

About the role

Carrier is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth of its new Marketplace platform across multiple European markets. You will shape and execute the digital marketing strategy, driving traffic, online orders, and revenue while collaborating with product, IT, content, and country teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Marketplace digital marketing strategy aligned with MVP, phased roll‑out and country launches (Germany, UK, Spain, Portugal, etc.).
• Own the SEO strategy for Marketplace, category and product pages, ensuring best practices for multilingual and multi‑country content.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid, owned and earned digital campaigns to generate traffic and conversions.
• Develop launch communication plans, branding guidelines and marketing toolkits for service partners and vendors.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as traffic sources, conversion rates and campaign performance, using insights to refine tactics.
• Collaborate closely with Marketplace Business Owner, product, web, SEO, content, marketing communication and IT teams to ensure alignment and readiness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or Marketplace environments.
• Proven track record supporting platform launches and international roll‑outs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
