Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Marketing Operations Manager to turn marketing strategy, data and technology into scalable growth engines. You will work on either prospect acquisition or member lifecycle messaging, shaping how the company reaches and retains its audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes and nurtures prospects across all channels.
• Manage Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service for over 1.7 million member profiles.
• Implement data‑driven processes, embed AI into workflows, and reduce manual execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams to ensure timely, relevant, and personalized communications.
• Monitor communication pressure, personalization depth, and overall campaign performance.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in marketing operations fundamentals.
• Fluent with data analysis and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Product mindset with the ability to think both strategically and hands‑on.
• Experience scaling marketing systems without linear headcount growth.
