Junior Software Engineer – AI-native Platform

About the role

Alpic is building the infrastructure for the next generation of AI‑native web services. As a Junior Software Engineer you will join the founders to shape the first versions of a platform that powers MCP servers for B2C and SaaS brands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the founders to design, develop, and ship core platform features.
• Iterate quickly on new functionalities, delivering production‑ready code for early‑stage customers.
• Contribute to the architecture and foundation of a large‑scale codebase using state‑of‑the‑art engineering practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and monitoring to ensure reliability and performance.

Required profile

• 1+ years of professional software development experience.
• Comfortable working across the full stack and experimenting with new technologies.
• Ability to translate product vision and customer feedback into concrete features.
• Strong independent work ethic and thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
