Lead Product Manager – Fleet (Europe)

About the role

ChargePoint is looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive its Fleet vertical across Europe. You will shape the strategy, roadmap and business outcomes for hardware, software and services that serve trucks, buses and vans.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, pricing, packaging and launch plans for the European fleet market.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and operations to align on market opportunities and deliver product introductions at scale.
• Lead the development of charging hardware solutions and fleet‑management software as a unified experience.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs and other ecosystem players, influencing build‑buy‑partner decisions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive offerings and customer feedback to ensure the portfolio meets fleet needs.
• Communicate product strategy and performance to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps for hardware and software solutions.
• Deep understanding of fleet operators, commercial vehicle customers and the European market.
• Strong ability to work as a subject‑matter expert and product leader across functions.
• Experience managing OEM relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on market trends and customer satisfaction.
