Junior BI Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join Pixel Systems’ remote team. The role supports a French logistics and shipping client by ensuring data from their transport systems is accurate, clean, and presented in actionable dashboards that operations managers can use daily.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and validate shipping logs and other operational data sources.
• Write SQL queries to retrieve relevant metrics for dashboards.
• Build and maintain visual dashboards that track fuel consumption, delivery times, warehouse capacity and other key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with developers to guarantee database migrations preserve historical data.
• Participate in core sync hours (14:00‑18:00 UTC) and weekly project demos.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience or academic background in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Comfort working with messy, real‑world data and identifying gaps.
• Ability to work remotely and align with the team’s core hours.
• Legal right to work in your country of residence.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
