IT Support Technician / Service Desk Technician (M/F)

About the role

Join Moteurs Baudouin, a historic leader in marine and industrial engine manufacturing, as an IT Support Technician. You will provide first‑line assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of the company’s IT services across its international sites.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and resolve incidents and service requests via the service desk platform.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and peripheral issues for end‑users.
• Escalate complex problems to specialised teams while maintaining clear communication with users.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Assist in the rollout of standard IT equipment and software updates.

Required profile

• Strong interest in IT support and customer service.
• Good communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to participate in on‑site training and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Understanding of ticketing systems and remote support tools.
