IT Support Technician / Service Desk Technician (M/F)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician / Service Desk Technician to join our team at Moteurs Baudouin, a historic leader in marine and industrial engine manufacturing. The role will be based at our modern headquarters in the south of France and will involve providing first‑line technical assistance to internal users and ensuring smooth operation of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and resolve incidents and service requests via the ticketing system.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide remote and on‑site support to employees across the organization.
• Maintain documentation of solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement upgrades and ensure system security.

Required profile

• Strong interest in IT support and customer service.
• Good communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
