IT Digital Workplace & Endpoint Specialist

About the role

Alan is scaling its international operations and needs a dedicated IT Digital Workplace & Endpoint Specialist to ensure device security, manage SaaS platforms, and provide a seamless IT experience for employees across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Join the IT on‑call rotation, handling help‑desk tickets and typical IT operations such as equipment provisioning and SaaS access.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding workflows, ensuring identity and access management are correctly configured.
• Maintain and improve the Mobile Device Management (MDM) stack (Kandji, Apple Business Manager) and endpoint protection tools (EDR, FileVault).
• Contribute to build projects, including MDM enhancements, compliance documentation, and self‑service tooling.
• Lead low to medium complexity IT projects and, over time, medium to high‑complexity initiatives.
• Mentor newer team members and document processes to reduce knowledge silos.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, device management, or SaaS administration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
