Indirect Buyer

About the role

As an Indirect Buyer within Envision AESC's dynamic procurement team, you will source, negotiate, and purchase a wide range of indirect goods and services that support the company's operational functions. Your work will directly contribute to cost savings, supplier relationship management, and the efficiency of procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source suppliers for indirect categories such as office supplies, IT services, facilities management, HR services, consulting, and logistics.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing, and terms to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and conditions to achieve cost savings and added value.
• Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders reflecting negotiated terms.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and manage supplier contracts in partnership with legal teams.
• Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies related to indirect procurement.
• Analyze supplier performance data to support informed procurement decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and participate in cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably focused on indirect goods and services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement software.
