Housekeeping Supervisor (m/f/d) – New Opening

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our brand‑new Ruby Lilou hotel in Marseille. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas while supporting the Housekeeping Operations Manager as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces daily to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
• Act as the substitute for the Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absences.
• Share responsibility for both internal housekeeping staff and external cleaning contractors, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Train, coach, and motivate the team to uphold established quality standards.
• Coordinate external cleaning companies, manage orders, and verify delivery invoices.
• Collaborate with hotel hosts and maintenance to fulfill guest requests promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory role.
• Strong passion for cleanliness and a keen eye for detail.
• Confident, personable demeanor with a sense of humor.
• Ability to interact effectively with international guests and respond to diverse needs.
• Fluent French and good command of English.
