Founders Associate Internship: Right Hand to the CEO

About the role

Join Corma as a Founders Associate Intern and work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff. You will gain hands‑on experience across sales, partnerships, growth, data analytics, and AI strategy while helping turn ideas into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Support AI‑enabled sales initiatives and help integrate AI insights into product strategy.
• Analyse performance metrics, identify growth patterns, and produce data‑driven reports.
• Assist in prospecting new leads, preparing pitches, demos, and following up with potential clients.
• Contribute to strategic operations, go‑to‑market planning, product positioning, and investor reporting.
• Collect and analyse client data to deliver actionable insights for multiple departments.
• Help optimise internal processes and track key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Completed several university semesters with relevant experience in fast‑paced environments such as high‑growth startups, consulting, finance or sales.
• Strong interest in AI, SaaS, and startup operations.
• Bilingual talent comfortable working in an international team.
