Buyer – European Market (Fashion)

About the role

Rag & Bone is seeking a passionate, business‑driven Buyer to shape the brand’s assortment across the European market. Based in Paris and collaborating closely with the New York headquarters, you will define product mixes, drive performance and support the continued growth of the European business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and adapt assortments for the European market, aligning selections with local customer expectations.
• Partner with Planning to set buying quantities and open‑to‑buy budgets.
• Monitor sales, sell‑through and stock levels across stores and channels, producing regular performance reports.
• Identify best‑sellers, missed opportunities and under‑performing categories, and recommend pricing and assortment adjustments.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis to uncover emerging opportunities.
• Spend time in stores to gather client feedback and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Product, Design, Retail, E‑Commerce and Marketing teams to support launches and storytelling.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising or Product‑related roles within the contemporary/premium fashion sector.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a sharp product eye.
• Deep interest in client behavior, retail performance and market dynamics.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with teams in New York and Europe.
