Senior Account Executive – Enterprise Sales

About the role

Swan.io is looking for a Senior Account Executive (Enterprise) to drive growth of its embedded‑banking platform in France. Based in Paris, you will own the full sales cycle with strategic accounts, building relationships with senior decision‑makers and helping customers integrate banking features into their products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, account‑based outreach, networking events and partnerships.
• Lead complex, long‑cycle deals from discovery and solution design to negotiation, stakeholder mapping and closing.
• Develop trusted relationships with C‑level executives and orchestrate executive engagement on behalf of Swan.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal and Operations to move deals forward and shape solutions.
• Provide market feedback to refine Swan’s sales motion, product offering and go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience selling technical or API‑based products, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Proven track record of selling to large, complex organisations and managing long sales cycles.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in both English and French.
• Self‑driven, independent and able to build and maintain a clean CRM pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
