Customs Specialist – Finance Directorate

About the role

ATR is seeking a Customs Specialist to join the Finance Directorate and support international operations. You will work within a small, dynamic team to ensure compliance with customs regulations while simplifying processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, implement and oversee customs authorizations, tariff classification, origin determination, valuation and regimes.
• Supervise compliance with customs regulatory requirements and manage declaration obligations (EMMEBI, VAT returns, etc.).
• Coordinate the Customs Representative (RDE) and monitor performance indicators.
• Anticipate regulatory changes, assess impact and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support customs‑related project deployments and contribute to AEO certification maintenance.
• Train internal departments on customs procedures and produce accurate reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Customs, Logistics or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in customs compliance.
• Strong autonomy, rigor, team spirit and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
