Customer Success Intern – Portuguese Native (Paris)

About the role

Join m19’s Customer Success team in Paris as a Customer Success Intern. You will work directly with Brazilian and Latin American brands, helping them adopt and maximise the value of m19’s AI‑driven Amazon advertising platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new Portuguese‑speaking customers from Brazil and LATAM, driving rapid adoption of the platform.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and deliver data‑backed recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, standardising and automating frequent responses.
• Collect user feedback and relay feature requests to Product and R&D teams.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual Portuguese speaker (Brazilian Portuguese preferred).
• Fluent in French or English to collaborate with the Paris office.
• Enrolled in a Bac+2/Bac+3 program (Business School, International Business, etc.).
• Strong communication, empathy, and a customer‑first attitude.
• Interest in digital/tech environments; motivation is key.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Amazon Ads and Retail Media.
