Chalet Host – 5‑Star Guest Service in French Alps

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Chalet Hosts to join our Ultimate Catered Chalets in the French Alps. You will work closely with the Chalet Manager to deliver a seamless 5‑star experience for guests staying in Val d’Isère, Courchevel, and Méribel.

Key responsibilities

• Serve breakfast, afternoon tea, and formal evening meals, including taking orders and presenting bespoke menus.
• Perform weekly deep cleaning, mid‑week linen changes, and daily housekeeping across all guest areas.
• Provide evening turndown service and respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Report maintenance issues, uphold health and safety standards, and support local supplier relationships.
• Offer in‑resort driving services and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in France (EU passport or valid Carte de Séjour).
• Flexibility to work varied shifts during the winter season.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
