About the role
TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for users worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
- Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
- Document interactions and maintain precise records.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
- Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
