World Operations CRM Transformation Project Manager

About the role

The World Operations CRM Transformation Project Manager will lead the strategic migration of Servier's global CRM system, ensuring business continuity and harmonised processes across all affiliates. This role bridges HQ departments and local sites to deliver an ecosystem that enhances healthcare professional engagement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end CRM migration, from scoping and vendor selection to global deployment and hyper‑care.
• Develop and execute change‑management, communication and training plans to drive high user adoption.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams with GTPO, GPS, GMPA, DDSI and other stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct audits, gap analyses and define standardized core business processes for a unified "Servier Way".

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience in the pharmaceutical or medical‑device industry, with strong knowledge of commercial, medical and omni‑channel processes.
• Proven experience in global CRM migration projects, business process mapping and harmonisation.
• Fluent oral and written English and ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
