About the role
Doctolib is seeking a Workday Solutions Architect to shape and evolve its HR information system across France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will work within the People Systems & Performance team, partnering with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver seamless, innovative employee experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the long‑term HRIS technology strategy and architecture across Workday, Sana Benefits, PeopleDoc and future platforms.
- Design complex integrations and data flows using APIs, middleware and MCPs, leveraging AI capabilities where appropriate.
- Establish data governance, security standards and ensure alignment with global Doctolib architecture.
- Lead platform evaluations, vendor selection and make build‑vs‑buy decisions for new solutions.
- Architect and evolve Workday modules (HCM Core, Talent, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Absence & Time Tracking).
- Oversee end‑to‑end implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment, including configuration, security framework, calculated fields and reporting.
- Manage tenant strategy, release cycles and bi‑annual updates, troubleshooting complex issues.
- Coach and mentor a team of three Project Managers, raising technical capability across the PSP team.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale Workday solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Hands‑on attitude with a track record of leading cross‑functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between HR stakeholders and technology teams.
Required skills
- Workday HCM configuration and architecture.
- API integration, middleware platforms, and data flow design.
- Data governance and security standards implementation.
- Experience with AI‑enabled HR tools.
- Knowledge of HR platforms such as Sana Benefits, PeopleDoc, Peakon.
