Warehouse Operator

About the role

Sibelco is looking for a Warehouse Operator to ensure smooth operation of its production installations and deliver semi‑finished products that meet strict specifications. You will work on the shop floor, monitoring equipment, performing quality checks and supporting maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and adjust installations according to established procedures, including operating pumps and opening/closing taps.
• Respond to alerts, perform small maintenance tasks, and assist technicians and electricians with larger repairs.
• Conduct multiple quality checks, identify non‑conformities and coordinate corrective actions with colleagues.
• Control production volumes, record all relevant data in the designated IT system, and collaborate with weighbridge and bagging operators to maintain continuous flow.
• Ensure proper use and safekeeping of personal protective equipment in line with safety policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, obtained through experience.
• Prior experience in a similar production or warehouse role.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical English documentation.

Required skills

• Technical English (reading).
• Basic maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Operation of production installations and pumps.
