About the role

The Field Service Engineer provides expert repair services for Leybold’s technology solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, safety, and the long‑term performance of equipment used across various industries.

Key responsibilities

Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair technical systems.
Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime and perform installations while ensuring safety compliance.
Document activities and act as the on‑site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Required profile

Commitment to ensuring performance and longevity of customers' technology.
Willingness to travel within the designated area in France and work remotely as needed.
