Warehouse & Allocation Specialist – Europe (Barcelona)

About the role

Driscoll’s is seeking a Warehouse & Allocation Specialist for Europe, based in Barcelona. You will ensure smooth product flow across the European supply chain, collaborating with internal teams and third‑party logistics partners to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations across European sites, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage allocation processes to optimise product availability and customer service, including peak‑period support and weekend shift rotations.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators related to quality, cost, safety and sustainability, and propose process improvements.
• Act as the primary liaison between Driscoll’s and third‑party logistics providers, maintaining clear communication and alignment on priorities.
• Monitor operational expenses, process invoices for Northern European warehouses and support budgeting and cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Support implementation of new supply‑chain projects, system enhancements and workflow developments.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in warehouse or supply‑chain operations within a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with third‑party logistics providers and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory and allocation management.
