V&V Solution Architect – Flight Test & Avionics

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a V&V Solution Architect to join the Flight Test and Avionics (DPSF) department in Toulouse. You will work within the Aircraft and Electrical System Product Service Line, delivering a harmonised set of IS/IT tools for aircraft, helicopter and defence product development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end PLM portfolio roadmap as an Enterprise/Functional Architect.
• Define IS convergence strategies for large‑scale solutions and build the Architectural Runway.
• Partner with Solution Train Engineers and Product Management to steer operational delivery.
• Coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure seamless system integration and technical alignment.
• Lead architecture boards and facilitate SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise or Functional Architect in complex, large‑solution environments.
• Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts.
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile Release Train coordination.
• Ability to communicate a shared technical vision and influence cross‑functional teams.
